RepoScribeAgreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Soumyadip Sarkar, who operates RepoScribe (the "Service") from India. By creating an account or using the Service you accept these terms and our privacy policy.
Your account
You need a verified email address to sign in. Keep your account secure and do not share it. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including in projects you share with others.
Acceptable use
Only add repositories you have the right to read. You must not:
- use the Service to break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
- try to get around access checks, usage limits or payment;
- send malware, spam or abusive content, including in team chat;
- overload or attack the Service, or scrape it automatically.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Your content
You keep all rights to your repositories, questions, chat messages and recordings. You let us process them only to run the Service for you. When you open a pull request through RepoScribe, the change is created in your repository on a new branch and you decide whether to merge it.
AI answers and changes
Answers, summaries, scan findings and proposed fixes are written by AI and can be wrong or incomplete. Every file reference is checked against your repository, but you must review anything before relying on it or merging it. RepoScribe never runs code from your repository.
Credits and payments
Some features use credits. New accounts receive free credits; more can be bought through Razorpay at the prices shown on the Billing page. Credits are used when work is done, have no cash value and cannot be transferred. Refunds follow our refund policy.
Availability and changes
We work to keep RepoScribe available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or stop features, and will give notice in the app for significant changes that affect paid credits.
Warranty and liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending your use
You can stop using RepoScribe and delete your account at any time from your profile. We may close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms.
