Delivery
RepoScribe is an online service. Nothing is shipped. Credits are added to your account within a few seconds of a successful payment, and you see them on your Billing page and under your name in the app.
If credits do not arrive
If your payment went through but your credits have not appeared within 30 minutes, write to soumyadip.0202@gmail.com with the payment ID from Razorpay. We add the credits or refund the payment, usually within 2 working days.
No subscriptions
Credit packs are one-time payments. There is no subscription, no automatic renewal and nothing to cancel to stop future charges.
Cancelling a purchase
You can cancel a purchase of unused credits within 7 days and get your money back, as described in the refund policy. Credits already used for questions, indexing, scans or meeting summaries cannot be cancelled.
Closing your account
You can delete your account at any time from Settings in the menu under your name. Unused credits are lost when the account is deleted, so ask for any refund first.
